David Kirsch has over 35 years of experience that spans all disciplines of the construction industry. His vast experience allows him to provide all stages of estimating services from conception to final. At BSI Construction, David’s primary responsibility consists of managing BSI’s estimating services on multiple projects, change order management, scope review, risk management, and subcontracting. David’s experience includes numerous low-rise apartment complexes, commercial projects including health care, K to 12, higher education, D.O.T. bulk and salt storage, pharmaceutical, big box retail, stadiums, and parking garages.
